1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Legocia Systems hardware and software, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Hardware Warranty
Legocia warrants that your hardware product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the device for illicit surveillance or in violation of local wiretapping laws. Legocia is not responsible for the legality of the content you choose to record.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Legocia Systems be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
