Legal / supply chain

Modern Slavery Statement.

Fiscal year 2025 statement on labor standards, supplier diligence, and anti-retaliation expectations across the supply chain.

Our policy.

Legocia maintains a zero-tolerance approach to forced labor, human trafficking, recruitment fee abuse, and retaliatory practices. These standards apply across direct operations and supplier relationships.

Due diligence.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers are expected to sign the Supplier Code of Conduct, cooperate with audits, and address remediation findings within agreed timeframes. Recruitment fees paid by workers are treated as a violation that requires reimbursement.

Accountability.

This statement should be read alongside supplier, procurement, and transparency materials. Labor standards are not isolated legal language; they are part of how Legocia evaluates long-term trust in the physical product stack.

Next Step

Read labor standards with the rest of the operations stack.

Supply chain trust only means something when policy, auditability, and vendor operations support each other.
