Legocia offers a 30-day return window for eligible hardware. Before any shipment, factory reset the device and confirm your archive has been moved or secured locally.

Eligibility

  • Return request started within 30 days of delivery
  • Original accessories included
  • No physical damage that prevents inspection

Before shipping

  • Factory reset the device
  • Remove any paired vault keys
  • Confirm private archives are no longer on the hardware

Fees

Legocia does not charge a restocking fee for standard returns. Privacy-safe packaging guidance is included with the return label.
