Voluntary Recall: Charging Case (Gen 1)

Legocia identified a potential thermal issue in a limited Q4 2024 charging-case batch. The product itself remains unaffected, but the case should be checked immediately.

The issue

In rare cases, the voltage regulator in the Travel Reserve charging case can overheat if left plugged in continuously for extended periods.

No injuries have been reported. Legocia is replacing affected units without charge.

What to do now

  • Check the case serial on the bottom surface
  • Stop using the case if it falls inside the affected batch
  • Use support to confirm shipping and replacement timing

Check eligibility

Enter the serial number from the bottom of the charging case, for example TR-2024-XXXX.
