INCIDENT #2025-089 • SEVERITY: HIGH

Dec 12, 2025: Sync Failure for Asia-Pacific Nodes

Impact: 4,200 users were unable to access remote backups for 45 minutes.

Root Cause: A bad configuration push to our Tokyo relay server caused a DNS loop. The rollback script failed due to a permissions error on the new cluster.

Corrective Action: We have rewritten the deployment pipeline to require manual approval for routing table changes. We also reimbursed all affected users with 1 month of service credit.

Nov 02, 2025: Battery Drain on Optic Firmware v1.4

Impact: Users experienced 30% reduced battery life.

Root Cause: A debugging flag was accidentally left enabled in the production build, causing the CPU to wake from sleep unnecessarily.
