Law Enforcement Guidelines

Legocia Systems Inc. creates hardware that utilizes client-side encryption. We do not possess the private keys required to decrypt user data.

1. What we CAN provide

With a valid US subpoena or court order, we can provide:

• Date of account creation
• Date of last server connection (handshake)
• Purchase history (Hardware model, shipping address)

2. What we CANNOT provide

Even with a warrant, wiretap order, or NSL, we cannot provide:

• Video or Audio recordings (Stored locally on the Node)
• Live location data (Not collected)
• User passwords or Encryption Keys (Not stored)

3. Preservation Requests

We accept preservation requests pending a court order. However, preserving "account data" essentially only preserves the billing record, as we hold no content.
