1. Default to Open
Unless it contains user PII or unreleased IP, all documents are viewable by everyone in the company. We do not have "private channels" on Slack.
2. No Meeting Wednesdays
Deep work requires uninterrupted time. We do not schedule synchronous meetings on Wednesdays.
3. The "Disagree and Commit" Rule
Debate fiercely. But once a decision is made, execute it as if it were your own idea.
4. Sleep is a KPI
We do not celebrate all-nighters. If you are working at 3 AM, you are managing your time poorly. Go to bed.
